I installed QRing charged ring. I now start to enable sleep mode when go to bed, the record looks pretty good. The one thing I like the most is QRing update me every so often from message about how many steps I already clocked in. that is nice. I also already benefit from wearing ring without watch. I don't normally take out the ring but I do for the watch. Today I planned to walk from dropping off car to home, I forgot my watch on the charger. I was thinking dang I can't clock my walk, then I remembered I have my ring, it worked to clocked the steps. I enable exercise when I walked, which gather more info including heart rate, and cal burned steps and mileage. I also noticed the battery seems to keep up pretty good. I wore two days and it is still at 94%. With this price, I think the ring is definitely worth the money.
